SEE Beta 4.7 - resumed!

Since the loss of Sûlherokhh as Head Coder, I have struggled a looong time to find a suitable replacement as main Coder for SEE. We've had quite a few trying out, but noone has really showed enough skills or enough dedication and it's been a pretty much lost cause... until Ridder Geel stepped in and offered his help a while back. Progress quickly died again though, due to IRL and such uncontrollable aspects, mainly for me. And as of now, RG doesn't have the time to code for SEE... so, once more, progress collapsed.
Now, aparently the force is strong in his family, and recently his brother, Ridder Blauw joined us. At first I was sceptic, but he soon proved me wrong and he has a lot of his brothers skills... and as such, progress is FINALLY once more, back on track!
Stay tuned for screens!

You could see this as a progress report, which informs you of the new stuff in the mod.
Lets start off with the Lothlorien (The Elven Faction).
Well when playing Lothlorien now people will probably notice first that the Mallorn Tree has been replaced with an Elven Farm.
EA supplied the model although it will need some tweeking later:
Next up is the new sentry tower, which is the reworked mallorn tree model. (Green leaves instead of gold.)
Also the HA upgrade has been removed from the Helm's Deep Veterans/Galadhrim so they keep their gold armor forever.
Instead of an arrow upgrade we decided to give our new sentry towers a special upgrade; Blessed Mist.
It's works the same as the upgrade for the fortress.
Most units within the radius of the tree are now stealthed.
There have also been some changes to Galadriel. She now is accompanied by her husband Celeborn as seen below.
Like Galadriel, Celeborn can level but once he dies he loses all the levels he has gained and you will have to start over again.
Finally, the 4 Hobbits (Frodo, Sam, Pippin & Merry) have been moved to the Hobbit House, now they do start at level 10.
Short update for the dwarves for they now have a new hero, Grimbeorn.
Like his father Grimbeorn can shapeshift in to a big black bear.
In man form he uses EA's ROTWK Hwaldar model, well make a high res skin for him and tweak it a bit when we have the time.

Next up is Mordor with 2 new things.
First of all, to create realism we need variety as much as we can get.
So the Gorgoroth Orc Warriors & Archers now also feature the retail EA orcs, these will also be improved visually later.
At level 5 the attack trolls gain a new ability called ''Smash Earth'', when activating this ability the Troll hits the ground with his mace causing damage and meta impact to the surrounding units. Like this:
This ability still needs some tweaking which it shall recieve later.
Short update for Isengard, Wulf now uses EA's ROTWK Rhudaur Spearmen model. We'll create a better quality version later.
Last up is Moria, with 2 new things.
Azog's spider mount has been REMOVED, and instead he can now mount a bloodthirsty warg, like seen below:
(CREDIT for Warg/goblin rigging: Lauri)
Also Shelob has gained a new ability called ''Webbing'' its cripples an enemy hero, making him webbed.
Were not sure yet how long this power will last and when Shelob gets it.
(CREDIT for initial power coding: Sûlherokkh)
That's all for now folks...

I sadly dont have much time for extra work on other mods, so thats why I suggested RB to give it a go
As i expected, he is able to do most of the work S.E.E. needs done, the easiest part of all this is if he runs into a problem he can always ask me

Nice to hear that work has resumed.
Careful. This link is DANGEROUS. Do NOT click it. This one, however, is fine.
I had the meaning of life in my signature, but it exceeded the character limit.

If it runs in the family, it wouldn't be a disease. Unless, of course, it's an STD.
Nice to hear that work has resumed.
Maybe it was like Chicken Pox, but it was Awesomeness that spread instead...

The screens are great... thank G*d you came along. This makes administrating the production much easier for me, as I know you have a good grip of things to do by the looks of things done =) Every step counts!
Btw: I see the solution for the mist that we discusses obviously worked, even though we "cheated", hehe. And yeah... the leaves should be golden, not green. My misstake... Mallorn trees are aparently golden in color. Unless some lore expert would say otherwise?

I screwed up on the Grimbeorn being a black bear. Thats Beorn. But I checked, I havent seen the color of Grimbeorn as a bear anywhere. So I'm guessing we could assume that he was black (you know genetics?)

That's what we thought to.
Uhhh Naz, the tower trees shouldnt be mallorn trees xD
They should be normal ones.

Hm, I guess you have a point there... Maybe Mallorn Trees as sentry towers would be... a waste?
We could always incorporate another tree model, build as a statue thinghy later, if we need to... and color it golden =)
Btw, I edited your post with some Credits =)
