Just some suggestions for Rohan Heroes' powers:

Theoden
Lvl 1- Mount: same
Lvl 3- King of Rohan: Leadership to all Rohan units
Lvl 5- Favor of Eorl: Grants experience
Lvl 7- Ride to Ruin: (glorious charge)
Lvl 10- Glorious Death: (like Boromir's Last Stand) where instead of saying For Gondor like Boromir, he'll say something like, Fight on Rohan! And he'll unleash his last reserves and have knockback damage.

Eomer
Lvl 1- Mount
Lvl 2- Faithful Leader- Leadership to Rohirrim cavalry
Lvl 4- Heart of Resistance- Eomer, like in the movie and books will resist Wormtongue's Coerce power and all corruption. This could be a passive ability.
Lvl 6- Spear of Rohan- same
Lvl 10- Fulfillment of the Oaths- (glorious charge)

Eowyn
Lvl 1- Dernhelm: disguise
Lvl 1- Mount
Lvl 3- Smite
Lvl 6- Shieldmaiden: Leadership to peasants and grants them a 55% armor bonus
Lvl 10- Bane of the Witch King: Does great damage to the Witch King( cripple strike?)

Gamling
Lvl 1- Mount
Lvl 3- Horn of Rohan
Lvl 5- Swift Shot: (Thorn of Vengeance)
Lvl 7- Volley of Arrows
Lvl 10- Defender of the King: Leadership to Rohan infantry and if Theoden is near death, Gamling will counter attacks for him and allow him to remain above 1 hp for a limited amount of time. (if possible to code)

Hama
Lvl 1- Mount
Lvl 3- Royal Captain- Leadership to Royal Guards
Lvl 5- Blade of Rohan (Blade master)
Lvl 7- Defender of the King- (like Gamling)
Lvl 10-Death Charge- (Glorious death, like Theoden)

Theodred

Lvl 1- Mount
Lvl 3- King's Heir- leadership to Rohan warriors
Lvl 5- Conquerer- Receives resources from kills
Lvl 7- Outrider- (like Glorfindel's windrider)
Lvl 10- Shield of Courage- puts a bubble shield ( like Gandalf's shield) that gives a huge defense buff and maybe also have the Shield Crush effect where they're immune to arrows and can crush everyone.

Merry
Lvl 1- Mount Mounted Hero- able to mount with Eomer and Eowyn
Lvl 1- Toggle weapon
Lvl 5- Esquire of Rohan: Rohan armor upgrade
Lvl 7- Maiden's Defender: Increases Eowyn's armor when near her
Lvl 10- Bane of the Witch King- like Eowyn

Some of these ideas are pretty awesome man
Particularly the ideas for "Defender of the King" and "Bane of the Witch-King". Maybe for Eowyn's animation it would be her shoving the sword in his face/mask/hood? (like in the movie) !
However for Gamling, I reckon he shouldn't have arrow volley. He was clearly good with a bow (could shoot off horseback) but Arrow Volley should, in my opinion anyways, be kept singly for Legolas

Yeah, it would make sense for Legolas to have the arrow volley.

I guess. Maybe for Eomer will have a power called Breaking Dawn; which is similar to Glorious Charge but it will have the Cloud Break effect which like the spellbook power, will blind the enemy with sunlight and cause them to cower in fear. Or he'll maybe get a power called Red Sun Rises, where maybe offscreen comes a stampede of Rohan Riders that crush all enemies. What do you think?
