Windowed Mode?

I have the mod installed on top of my FoC install as normal in the mods folder. I've tried things like putting "-w" and "-WINDOWED" after the target on the Phoenix Rising shortcut but nothing's worked so far. Any help? Thanks.

As far as '-w', '-windowed', and any other command line arguments go, I think they're overwritten by the way the mod is run, being that it's to a Batch file that directs to the EXE. So any arguments in the shortcut to the Batch file just run that window in windowed mode (Woo).
Trying to add any lines into the Batch file don't work either, as far as I know. They execute in order, so any subsequent lines wait until PR is closed down to run.

I read that making a shortcut targetted to the below would open vanilla Forces of Corruption in a window. This is indeed correct.
"C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption\swfoc.exe" WINDOWED
After testing this I had the idea to apply this to the mod, hence:
"C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption\swfoc.exe" WINDOWED MODPATH=Mods\Phoenix_Rising_v1.1
Once again, there was epic win and Phoenix Rising was opened in a window! Obviously this is not perfect; when you take your mouse off the window the game believes you are trying to scroll, and when focus is removed from the window the game freezes until the focus comes back to the game. Anti-aliasing also seems to be broken in windowed mode. However, the point still stands that the game can now be played windowed!
If anyone has anything to contribute, such as turning off mouse scrolling altogether to avoid problem no. 1 or preventing the game from freezing then that would be great.
Thanks alot guys

Good find! I don't believe there's a way to turn off side scrolling though, as it's not in the game settings, and the game doesn't seem to save an easy-to-access configuration file anywhere that I know of. There are profile files in your AppData, but it's a .bud file, and opening in Notepad++ yields the wonderful gibberish of special characters.Hey again guys. I've done some research of my own and I've found that it, in fact, IS possible

The game freezing is probably just adverse behavior from the game not really being meant to run in windowed mode, since they didn't provide an option. A lot of full-screen applications will do that when forced in windowed mode.
