In any case, it's impossible. How are ISPs supposed to go out there and block all pornographic content?
Also, don't blame the service provider, blame the parent who allows one in three 10 year olds to browse the internet unsupervised.

Also, most porn sites these days have their own opt-in page. You click the link, it takes you to a page that says "This website contains pornography. If you're under 18, go away now." What else can you do? If this ever does become law, all that will happen is tech-savvy kids will get around their parents' settings and find porn. Or maybe we'll go back to kids finding their dad's stash and enjoying that. Either way, sex is a major industry and you can't just hide it.

At a certain age, yes. However, we really don't need nine year olds watching hardcore pornography.Parenting is one thing, spending your entire life looking over your kid's shoulder is another. There are some things kids need to learn on their own.
