I am looking for the best battle for middle earth 1 Mod, this adds a lot of units like in Gothmog's king of the west mod but must add the majority to the campaign like the Elven Alliance mod does anyone know of such a mod also the mod must NOT change things like Boromir traveling with the Fellowship after Amon Hen also it must allow all heroes to go to the end

You could make your own mod but I don't think there is such a mod that adds loads and loads with a fully playable campaign. The best option is to test each mod and you should find one you like

Unknown is right. The only main mod i know that adds stuff to the campaign is the Elven Alliance. The other mods dont really focus much on the campaign. You can just try and make your own personal mod.

I think quite a few mods out there increase command point limit to some degree. however its quite easy to just do yourself
