Genius scientist, tenured professor, Nobel prizewinner, hardass, explorer, diplomat, moustache enthusiast, artist, Arctic skier, sailor, boat-burner, dog trainer and solid man-shaped wedge of testosterone. Also he was Norwegian. I appreciate this isn't a 'people who were fucking awesome' thread, but you've got to admit he looks pretty badass too. If you disagree you need to learn something about the direct correlation between facial hair and being awesome.

I guessed the Kaiser Wilhelm part but than I cheated because I couldn't remember his full name. The other dude sorta looks like... nevermind it is. I should have looked closer when I cheated.
