So I've been wanting to upgrade my comp for a while, but I never did it because my power supply is way too limited to handle any sort of upgrade.
Here is the current setup. I haven't changed anything yet.

...

Here's my choice for a graphics card.

My choice of CPU.

And my choice of power supply.

And because my memory setup is currently:
2 x 2GB
1 x 1GB
For a total of 5 GB's. I was thinking of getting rid of the 1GB module and adding 2 more 2GB ones. (mobo has 4 slots)
So then my total would be 8GB.
Here is my selection.

.......

What I would like to know is if this is ALL compatible.
Especially the power supply, because I have no idea about the different types and I really don't want to get one that's not compatible with my case, mobo, or something stupid like that.

You would be better off replacing everything. That thing has a fucking bargain bin piece of shit motherboard that will probably bottleneck you something fierce.

I HAD thought of that, but the price tag I'm looking at right now is only a little over $530. (after tax)

And if I bought a new comp, I would probably buy an Alienware system and go all out.
Meaning I would probably add an extra $3,000 to that price. :p

...

Although .... I DID want to setup a SLI or CrossFireX configuration.

And that board definitely will not allow either. Honestly, toss in an extra $250 for a decent motherboard and a case. You'll be far more pleased with that than trying to upgrade that hunk of shit. And look at the bright side, if your new one tanks, you have yourself a usable backup.
