When I start a skirmish game, Rohan and Men of the West don't do anything at all. They don't build anything, their builders just stay in place until they're killed.
Also, the Elves always choose Lorien for some reason.

We are well aware of those issues, but Rob unfortunately never got a chance to fix them. iirc, the Elves always choosing Lorien was a workaround so their AI did something.
