How do i do so then in game then i move the mouse over sauron its says like This
(Recruit The Lieutenant of Melkor The First Dark Lord) in the Keep

And How do i do so then in game then i move the mouse over Sauron its says (Summon The Dark Lord Of Mordor)

Its a new power for Isengard


And one more thing how do i add Galadriel to Rohan

You want to change the string value for it in either lotr.str I believe there should be a tutorial somewhere on the front page.

As for the second question you'll have to make her yourself since BFME doesn't have her in there.
