The idea of an air unit using a Tesla Coil is ridiculous. Tesla Coils are ground weapons. The Kirov airship uses Tesla based bombs but anything using a Tesla Coil will look silly IMO.

A Tesla missile will work but ultimately I don't think a Tesla weaponized fighter is even needed.

Russian Tier 2 Artillery Infantry:

Mortar Trooper
Cost: 1000$
Prerequisite: Barracks, Radar Tower
Weapon: 120mm Portable-Mortar
Armor: Plate
Description: The Russians were in a desperate need of an early siege weapon. The Scuds required a higher technology to obtain and there was nothing else quite like it at demolishing buildings. The answer was simple, short and effective: mortars. The very utilization of mortars were first tested in WWII. At that time, mortars had to be handled by several people. That made mortars cumbersome, slow and ineffective, which is the reason mortars weren't used in WWII. In this war however, things are quite advanced. Mortars are now operated by a single person: the Mortar Trooper. The Mortar Trooper wears an exoskeleton suit that enables him to deploy and fire the mortar with perfect accuracy. As i said before, you have to deploy the Mortar to utilize it. But it is still a good early substitute for the V4. The Mortar is also strong against vehicles.

Replacements are in the works and I don't think heavy artillery is Epsilon's style.

Only now did I just notice that the post rating system actually works. Holy mackerel.

Also, yes, we have artilleries for Epsilon in the works.

I don't believe it is heavy bombardment cannon style artillery though. If so, that's a little odd. It seems like a more Sovietish thing.

Tactical Missiles are a Soviet thing, Bombardment cannons are Alliedish.

Yeah, but in MO3.0 Allies don't have any bombardment cannon except for the Grand one.

I wouldn't say that. Bombardment isn't the Allies style at the moment, like Speeder said, they only have the Grand Cannon. Besides, it is easily more related to the Soviets since they use conventional approaches a lot more.
