Yep. Get the RA2 Understorm patch (http://www.understorm.net/downloads), extract it to your RA2 folder and use Network.

regarding lan play: does it get laggy for anyone ?
when getting to 200 units battle its unplayable, couldnt find any fix for this
if anyone has any ideea or suggestion please PM, im searching for an answer for about 2 years

Sorry, can't do much with it. The lag is either slow PC to handle (VideoBackBuffer=yes into ra2md might help) or network lag, or AI lag.
This game is really terrible at optimizing, I hope Ares'll be better, since it has some optimizing YR stuff in it.

thanks for quick answer, i read somewhere about disabling directx or video accelerating completely, will try when ill have time
dont think pc were slow, 3 laptops core i5/i3 and t4400 dualcore dedicated video
