When the forces of Bolg, son of Azog lay dead before the Lonely Mountain, the Orc-threat in the Misty Mountains was thought to be removed.

However, other minions of Sauron still stalked the jagged peaks and shadowy valleys of the Mountains.

And in the years since the finding of the One Ring, his Orcs have regained much of their former strength.

I totally agree. Finally some new (and better) faces for the Moria Orcs than those ugly overused ones of EA.
Looking forward to the units of Moria, I hope they will even be better.

And also great idea you had with this mod Mathijs. There was only one mod for BFME1 so far that had a Moria faction, but it really was rushed and pierced together from already existing assets in the game and not enjoyable to play. Hopefully your mod will change this.
