As some modders among you may have noticed, I've started to do select textures and models for mods, rather than just attempting to build mods solo, leaving coding, modelling, designing, and texturing down to me. This meant that I never really finished any of my own mods.
But, when I cut out the largest part, coding, I found that I could do things a helluva lot better than before; for the king of the dead94's Silmarillion Mod, I designed, well, just about everything graphic-based, apart from the maps. This includes monsters, loadscreens, GUI, advertising (wallpapers & signature images) and ... well, need I go on? It's a lot of work.
More recently, though, I started to work on the beta Legend of the Weapons mod, by Dragon Rider, mainly modding the UI.
Both these mods' signature images are in my signature, below.

Here's my Silmarillion Mod models

Annoyingly, I can't for the life of me rig or bind them, despite having made the models and texture maps by myself.

They look good.
For your rigging problem, try and break it down.
I mean try to rig it. Look in W3D and then fix any problems ;)
Continue this loop until the model looks good :p
Also, do you need to rig the building?
Does it require any animations?

Those are some nice looking models. For the binding issue, it all comes down to practice, but, at least for human-shaped models, it's quite easy to get the hang of. One of the downsides to binding in RenX as opposed to 3ds Max is that you can't weight vertices between different bones to obtain a smoother result, but it's not really necessary in BFME. To get started, try simply re-binding a human model according to Rob's excellent tutorial. Once you can bind a human well enough, I'm sure you can take care of that Balrog, especially since you'll have the vanilla Balrog model to compare it to in the w3d viewer.

Thanks for the help Yarrum. I haven't a doubt it'll prove useful in days not too far from here! :thumbsupsmiley:

Looks good ,if your model doesn't vary too much from the original one ,it's pretty easy to rig , The Balrog tho has many many bones , it's not recommended to start with that kind of stuff yet , but you will see how things work in time , experience just makes it better . :wink_new:
