[The Blue Hat]

Hello.
I am trying to replace GameData.INI with a modified version. I am placing it in a .BIG archive and loading it with the -mod command line argument. This seems to work well as changes in other files like multiplayer.ini and Rank.ini show up in game, but the changes to GameData.ini do not appear.

I have tried placing GameData.ini under "Data\INI\" and under "Data\INI\Default\" and under both at the same time. None of these have worked. How can I get the changes to take without tampering with the original program files?

P.S. I am using Generals, not Zero Hour.
