I make a new loading screen for America with photoshop and cover is to shp (ts), but i don't know how to add is to yuri revenge and replace old one. Can somebody help me with this ?

More specifically, ls800ustates.shp is the name you want.

Thank. But i have a problem: the loading screen when in game is blur and is still has the infomation about US paratroper and in don't know how to add the country name and flag in is

Those are PSDs, mean you have to open them with Photoshop, and enable the correct country, then export out the loadscreen.
