Sounds reasonable enough, but I dunno how you can convince a judge that it was not a disorderly house if the cops gave you that. But I guess that is the lawyer's job.

That is, the guys who were actually behaving in a disorderly manner will testify that we had no idea that they were doing it, and that besides from being in the house, we weren't really behaving "in a tumultuous manner" as is described on the ticket.
