I'm particularly fond of his nose. It's noticeably large on the film, and yours is the first model to really emphasize that.

I think you should tone down the red a bit, in the movies its closer to a reddish-brown. aside from that amazing job!

Sorry, but Gandalf's robes were never 100% grey in the films. Just like his (and Saruman's) white robes are cream white, the grey robes have hints of blue and purple, depending on the light.
The robe Kyle did for Gandalf the Grey is 95% grey on my monitor, with a small, small hint of blue, which is perfect.

It looks like dark blue not grey. Also the robes should be brighter.

That might very well be your monitor settings or me being colorblind despite having perfect scores on colorblind tests. They are grey for me.
