Are 4 ages orcs free to use?
I am asking because the mod is dead and I've spotted them in more thatn 2 other mods.
If not who should I ask permission to use them?

Which orcs? Perhaps if you link us a picture or whatever, and mention what mods you have seen them in... we can determine if you can...

The mod is named "The Four Ages mod",
SEE uses them as "Morannon Orcs" and so does RJ mod.

Are they the black orcs or whatever from ROTWK? then of course you could use them...

Pretty sure he means the Orcs made by Morgoth for his Four Ages mod.
