You'll find that in France, they are taught to speak English at a very young age. They are generally very fluent in it.

Cannada's cool my cousin is canadien ive been there a few times i prefer america though as they all speak english and when i was in belgium with school we got called swankers and fuckui, their feable atempts of swearing was funny, the french are just bloody rude!
