Hi this is related to me getting a new PC

I have seen the beautiful Apple imac screens in work ...
But they would never let me install games

I want to know If anyone has an imac .. with windows 7
and how does the games look

It will not be for hardcore gaming ...but I just love the screen and wanted to know if the purchase price is worth it ?

I know you can switch OS on the imac to Windows 7

I would also like to know if BFME2 runs on it

If all else fails ..does anyone know of a screen that looks good as the imac's ?
I would prefer that you own or seen one as tech specs can be misleading
i.e the specs look good : Contrast ratio ,6 million Colours , fast response time but the screen is not WOW

EDIT : Hmm ... this looks promising
Some games on mac

EDIT2:

And I read somewhere that NEC monitors are comparable to the apple screen
NEC monitor

But feel free to advise as $1600USD is alot of money to spend

It's not worth getting an Apple just for the fucking screen, which is probably comparable to any high-end HP or Dell model. Fuck Apple, get a decent monitor. You'll save a good chunk of change.

Fuck that price. Get one of these: http://www.amazon.co...18931642&sr=1-1. I plan on getting three of those bad boys. The ZR24w is seriously top of the line for this range and it compares to higher end models. It's an IPS model at 1920x1200. It's a perfect blend of awesome and win at a mostly great price.

That's a good choice too. It's on par with the ZR24w actually.

This is the model I have. Mine's a 24" though, and I can't seem to find a 24" version of that model anywhere online.

Anyway, it has a crystal clear picture. Even better than my HD TV sittin' in my livin' room. :good:
