I didn't really catch his punchline(/brick-joke) about the ark of the covenant(or it kinda fell flat compared to the other more interesting topics), but the "life is suffering, so make it worth living" and "standing on the edge between chaos and balance" are very fine examples of how life is and should be looked upon.

"Chaos is what you see when you don't know what you're looking at" was also a good one. Explains those moments when your life gets turned upside down and your predictions for the future gets jumbled. It might not remove the danger of being caught in such chaos, but at least it gives you a bit of knowledge about the nature of yourself when you get into those situations, which can be vital.
