The list of assorted contributors is huge.
While that is true, none of the models on that list were built with us in mind, which means they were usually free releases and we could either take them or leave them. Up until Nertea joined, I didn't truly have a choice over what units were used in the mod. Imagine trying to do a campaign if I'd enforced unique maps for every new planet added. You couldn't do it... or at least it wouldn't be PR.
Well you know I don't think I'm any good at modding but I do have extra time this winter, do you have some stuff I could help you with? Editing XMLs or the like. I know that fiddling around those files can be very tiresome, very tedious work but if you like I could lighten your load a bit...
That's actually one of the few areas where no help is needed. The XMLs are in very good shape by this stage of development and I can add a new unit in a matter of hours, which is much faster than it takes to model/skin/texture. We really need help on the art end: soldiers, heroes, vehicles, structures, ships, maps, props, planets, particles. It's all skilled work unfortunately.
