Lot more icon than are actually visible, thanks to Stardock's Fences program. Can also double click and hide all those.
And...Ridder. That is by far one of the most unique backgrounds I've seen in a while.

@Fredius, Sticky Notes are what they are called i think... windows 7 has it... I'd say search for it in the start menu
