Ok, so I had to redownload the mod and such and I can't get the mod to work. It simply goes to the regular rise of the witch king.
So this is my info:
Downloaded from winrar, extracted RJ_RotWK_1_06 to the C drive. ( so the folder is in my C drive and has not been edited.)
I copied the shortcut from the folder and it goes to my regular game..
For the mod shortcut...
target- "C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king\lotrbfme2ep1.exe" -mod "C:\RJ_RotWK_1_06"
Start in - "C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king"
I also have used the "lotrbfme2ep1131073english" i believe this is the patch?
SO if anyone could help me figure this out it would be great..
Installing issue

Umm both paths in his shortcut should be right because mine has the quotation thingies ("-") at the last part as well.
let us know if it works though
The only difference I can see is the matter regarding the x64 bit com which will add the (x86) after the Program Files in the Target and Start in sections of the shortcut.
here is mine -
Target: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king\lotrbfme2ep1.exe" -mod "C:\RJ_RotWK_1_06"
Start in: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king"
Just make sure it corresponds to where the game is located. I'm no technical guy, so that's all for me =_="
