hello
i have a problem
in lotr2 the archer evil or good don't attack a structure automatic
just the elvenwarrior do why?
i change the weapon,the kind of but nothing work
you can help me please

Hey there.

I recon it will be something to do with this (or a piece of coding like this):
	Behavior = AIUpdateInterface ModuleTag_03

		CanAttackWhileContained		= Yes

This code can be found in the unit's file.

It could also be somewhere in here. This code is in the unit's horde file.

		MoodAttackCheckRate 		= 500
		MaxCowerTime 			= 5000

Also, it's very unlikely that the problem lies with the weapon or the KIND OF so you can change them back.

I hopt this points you in the right direction.

but don't work
i don't understand
I put the finger on a weird thing
try at home and see
nothing work
it is not impossible to find
the great modder like us

Sometimes things can just can't be solved. I actually have a few hordes in my mod that are doing the exact same thing, they just won't attack buildings.

If the problem can't be solved with the code that I gave you, then the only way that I have found to solve it is to totally remake the unit and horde from scratch. I know its a massive jod just to solve what should be a little problem but sometimes that's just how it is. Also, if its a problem with one of the original units/hordes, then its quite a bit more annoying but totaly remaking them from scratch is probably the best solution that I know of.


Maybe someone else might know something I don't that might solve this for you. You'll just have to wait and see if anyone post anything.

Just wondering ... Did you set their stance to Aggressive

I notice you get more 'Auto-targeting' out of them .
And that's what the stance button is supposed to do by its description
