How do you put pictures in your profile?

How do u put the little picture under ur profile name? Also, is there anyway i could make my shp play in under there?

You need to buy the Avatar privelage for 25 credits. You do not have enough. You need 14 more.

You could have your SHP under there if you made it a gif file.
