Why don't ya get Vice City and get the beta LC mod for it?

VC Music, bikes etc...
GTA3 Cars, Atmosphere, Map etc...

The only thing the mod lacks is the GTA3 missions but whatcha expect from a beta? the final version should include missions :p

Are we still talking about Golden oldies??

If so how farr do u want me to go back??? :p

I know im only 17 but there are some pretty Basic yet good classics from the Old Spectrum...

There is:

Jet Set Willie *
Sabre Wolf *
Manic Miner
Spy Hunter
How to be a complete Bastard (Possibly one of the worst Spectrum games but its still quite funny)

Fact: Did you know that the games marked with a * were creted by a company called Ulimate Play the game. These people now call themselfs Rare. The company that create great games such as Golden Eye and Perfect Dark

PC Games:

C&C Games (All of them)
Full Throttle
Sam & Max Hit the Road
Day of the tenticle
Tie fighter
Xwing Vs Tie fighter
Dark forces (What eventually progressed into all the Jedi Knight games)
Wolfenstein 3D
Spear of destiny (Sequel to Wolf3D)
Doom 1 & 2
Duke Nukem 3D
Shadow Warrior (Also by 3D Relms and just as good as Duke 3D)
All GTA game
Quake 1, 2 & possibly 3
Half-Life (Brilliant Game, although i think alot of the hype killed its image)
Theme Hospital (Good but can get tedious)

I could go on but i'll leave that for another post

Since I don't feel like seperating the list of games, I'll just type it up as I think of them by the system:

Track and Field (come on, using the pad was awesome)
Duck Hunt (but I hated that damn dog, he was enough to give you a complex)
Super mario Bros.

Mario 2 & 3
Final Fantasy Adventure (ie Seiken Denetsu, the precursor to Secret of Mana)
TMNT (I loved playing as the turtles, except Leo, he always annoyed...i'd let him get captured sometimes)
LoZ (Bomb Arrows rule)
more that I can't remember

Sonic series
Streets of Rage series

Super Street Fighter 2
E.D.F. (wasn't that great of a game, but fun)
Secret of Mana
Ninja Gaiden Trilogy (I know it originally came out on nes, but I didn't play it till the SNES)

Street Fighter Alpha 2
Krazy Ivan
Armored Core

Smash Bros.
Ocarina of Time

Marvel vs. Capcom 2
Soul Calibur

Capcom vs. SNK2
Dynasty Warriors 4
Robotech (I'm an old fan of the series)

Crystal Chronicles
Eternal Darkness

Ninja Gaiden
Crimson Skies

Day of the Tentacle
C&C (all of them)
Soldier of Fortune (had a better feel than SoF2)
Prince of Persia
Warcraft 2 & 3

Games i'm looking forward to:
The new zelda game on GC...looks amazing
Metroid: Prime 2
Eternal Darkness 2 (it'll be awhile....)
C&C: TT (Why call a game C&C 3 when there's no C&C 2?)
others, i just don't feel like thinking about it anymore
"Aww, it's cute, like a puppy...but without the legs."

Legend of Zelda on the NES, recently Re-released on the GBA.
Super Mario Land 1+2 (2 is slightly better I think).
Pokemon Red+Blue.

cant remember when deus ex was released... i think 1999, but it was a pretty damn good game

well... i have to say starcraft is one of my favourite RTS games of all time, followed by the C&Cs of course, but prior to 1999 when they cant be modded all that much, they were only fun and lacked the depth and replay value SC offered
