Rip something from Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds?

There are lots of great graphics in Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds, which can be useful here for YR mods.
And there is already one well done example:

Does anybody know how it is done?
PS: should this cause an IPR issue? If yes, we can still use the fan made free resources of Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds, just need some caution.

Personally I would say that GBG is just too much hassle to convert from. I don't say they are impossible to use, they are just not have the correct setting.
The program you need for that is DRS Viewer, google it. Mind you, unlike RA2 which has 8 facings, GBG has only 5 per action, (N, NE, E, SE and S only, others are just flipped by the engine) and even worse, they aren't even positioned to the middle.
I don't know about the legal trouble, neither.

Thx Graion Dilach. It's bad news. explained why there is never a StarWars mod for Ra2/YR/TS.
Pity...that Lucas put those great graphics into an engine that was never designed for "high tech" combat.
However the Buildings would be easier to trasnformed in to SHP, I guess?

I think the buildings were oversized so would need custom foundations or resize down, in any case... it runs into the problems of sometimes wrong sided exit or not fitting design wise into the foundaiton RA2 demands for example the war factory. Haven't had personal look into the game assets so wouldn't know for sure.

Yes, Apollo, they are huge compared to RA2, and they don1t have the settings for the special building functions. They have no RA2 styled buildups neither. IIRC they have damage frames tho.

Oh it's frustrating to see these.
And what's more frustrating is that DRS Viewer can't not work on my laptop somehow.

Still hope someone would be crazy/capable enough to make a SW mod for YR...
