Once you have found a picture you want on the photobucket depositary,
Click 'file' just above the image while viewing it and select 'Save Original'

ok, found out i need photobucket pro to keep the originals, I upgraded, reuploaded and fixed, images are displayed as 640x but originals can be downloaded
