It seems you used ENB series , the map looks really cool :) It's bright . I'm really liking what I see !

Actually, bloom lighting is unrealistic IMO. I mean, since when do people or trees shine :p.

How about a compromise. Remove half of the bloom lighting. Then keep half. Or remove it and save it as (map name) but add (bloom lighting) in parenthesis. So, for example Lorien would be: "Lorien (bloom lighting)" and another map just called "Lorien"

No, let the creator of the map decide what he wants. I don't particulary like it, but if I play the map, I will soon forget about the effect.

The bloom lighting would probably make more sense if it was afternoon/early morning, rather than daytime. And if you play around with the values a little, i'm sure you could get it to look fine. I'd probably make it less white, and reduce the overall amount a tiny bit. Like MTL said, bloom lighting can look lovely if it's subtle, and used in a way that seems natural.

Also, it seems a bit empty from what i can see in the few screenshots there. Some more rocks/grass would probably be nice.
