Cannot launch after first time

Hi,

I installed Project RAGE 2 yesterday and it worked perfectly. Looked great, ran great. I exited the game and quit the launcher. Today, I attempted to launch the game again the exact same way and I received an error. I could get past the error, but the 'Default' profile would not load and now I am unable to launch the game with anything from Project RAGE 2.

This is the runtime error I get when I open up the launcher:
