Is it possible to have two weapons front at the same time, r do I have to toggle?

Wat Do You Mean as in Two Swords or Two Axes at the same time or wat ?

Well, firing a bow and a sword at the same time.

no i think he means like how some games do things. Guy is holding sword and bow in one hand and then switches it to his other hand whilest not firing arrows. not sure there are any animas to do that kind of thing but it would be pretty sweet.

Well, Ranger always use a bow, but when the enemy is close, they draw up their swords to attack them. But it's only a near-combat weapon, they don't have swords when the enemy's not very near. Is that what you mean?

I suppose that would be cool, I will look at their code.

Well, it works as many other archers, only they unique animations for it. The other archers also do this, but instead of drawing a sword, they use their bow to hit the enemy.
