It seem like your doing a bad job as team leader...
You should use GIT (http://git-scm.com/)
For a better management ...

You couldn't say something more along the lines of, say, "Here Naz, I found a cool tool to help you keep your files in order"?
The 4th Age version 0.8 has been released: Link

Pardon my curiosity, but what the heck do you know about my team and how I "run" it? And what has GIT got to do with anything?

As far as GIT goes, we do use a repo for the team. Google's and the Tortoise SVN client...

In all fairness its impossible to really get what he's saying. We all face criticizms. Most of the time I suspect these incidents are a case of difficulties with the English language. We are an international community and despite my American background I don't expect the rest of the world to conform and read/write/speak it perfectly. I do expect people to check themselves before posting something that could be misunderstood. Using the emoticons really helps.
I've enjoyed my time as a productive SEE team member, I firmly believe we are more organized than ever before. The chances of losing any of the work we've done is down to nil. With exception to what isn't committed to the repository.

Don't know about GIT, and Tortoise SVN works just fine. Guess NJM is right. Language issues are probably cause of many misinterpretations. Anyways, no biggie. Just found it to be a strange comment. Most of my team have always been happy with our small community and the way we interact. I don't #run" things, I just run the mod's production and those that like what I'm doing help out of their own will. Unfortionately I lost my awesome Structure Modeler due to a stupid missunderstanding a couple of years ago though. But just like with other members of this forum, things usually settle down and former enemies become friendly and helpful even. Maybe someday, TT would come back.
All in all, it's been awesome to work with so many talented modders from this community and SEE is a result of many many helpful hands. I'll strive on to see this project finished =)

SVN is doing just fine, and whatever GIT is, It would not have prevented the reason why we had to "restart" the coding on the mod...
And how so is history repeating itself?
