In my personal opinion, if you're gonna make a landscape, you're better off designing it first. Also, WB isn't exactly the world's best rendering facility.

To me, the icy look of the center and the barrenness of the mountains makes the scene reminiscent of the Helcaraxë. (Although there would have to be burning ships everywhere in that case.) Regardless, the look is a good one.

Worldbuilder imports .tga heightmaps - so it is possible. (Haphazardly) =D
The problem with the terrain in your render is that everywhere is mountain terrain. It might be a fjord - but are there any beaches or plains? The terrain cannot always be rocky mountains.

If i am not mistaken it is going to try and be a standalone modification meaning it will act like ROTWK therefore making it an expansion. I might be wrong in saying this though and i would wait for Renny to confirm it or not.

Which is the case with RC-mod and SEE-DC as well. =D Expansion/mod, although is still is a mod it uses the same technique as an expansion. =p

Elric is right, but I decided not to pursue the issue, since it's opinion-based, and while I would call this type of mod an expansion, some would call it a TC/standalone mod.
