The coordinates of the position!? i dont know how to modify it (the rank info section)

for example i want a super horde of 50 mordor fighter how can i do? i mean i modify the slots section but the postion? how does it works?

i found a mod and pasted it in my file ini it changed my hode size (i discovered also this article but i didnt understand it well...) Thank you.
