Hobbit Mod

I'm back after, well, quite a long time. In fact the awesome Hobbit movies brought me back, so I thought how about starting a mod for it. I'm still collecting ideas and I can't tell you whether this is going to be finished at all, as I have a really busy real life right now, but somehow everytime I see the movie I'm kinda drawn back to modding
So if anyone is willing to help me and interested in getting this started, just write a few lines about which factions you would like to see
Dol Guldur and the Orcs are set as evil factions, maybe a third one, but the real problem is good factions. There is the Elves of Rivendell, the Elves of Mirkwood, the Dwarves, the Men of Esgaroth and Dale, the White Council and all the inhabitants of Rhovanion (Eagles, Beorn, Woodsmen, Radagast, and so on)
Getting them all aligned into 3 factions is what I'm asking you to help me with. And in the mean time I'm trying out a few designs to see what years of no modding have done to my art skills

I have had ideas and plans developing for a while. Here is my one cents.
Rivendell
Greenwood
Iron Hills
As high-mid tier summons:
Lake-town Defenders - G I
Inhabitants of Rosgobel - R G
Hobbit Archers - R
The Eagles - R I
Beorn - G I
And as top tier summons:
Thorin's Company R G I
The White Council R G I
But if you can't model, make art and code a lot you are not going to get far.

Was looking through my old art and found a reskin that fits the Rivendell Guards very well. Right now I'm redoing it, will show it later this day

I consider AotF open source, as far as it's my work (see Readme for detail). You (and anybody else) may continue it if you/they want or use parts of it (if they are my work) in your/their own mod (as long as appropriate credit is given)

Mirkwood (Mirkwood elves along with Thranduil, Legolas, Tauriel, and Mirkwood elves as units)
Dol Guldur (Necromancer & Twilight Witch King can be heroes; Spiders & Orcs can be units)
Iron Hills (can summon Thorin & co. as a power in here)
Dale (Dale & Esgaroth combined)
The White Council (consists of Rivendell Elves as units and Elrond, Gandalf, Saruman, and Galadriel as heroes)
Rovanion Folk (Radagast & a couple animals, Beorn, Woodmen, etc.)
and last but not least, Goblins (Azog & warg army can be in this fac along with goblins & Goblin King, Smaug is a summon)
