General discussion for Lone Wolf:Age of the Rings.

Formerly known as LW 0.999 and LWR first beta.

This release is sort of LWR lite stripping down the mod a bit to save on work while at the same time serving as a nod to Lone Wolf's past.

Rhovanion and Eriador are a nod to the old North Alliance faction, Evil Men serves as a nod to my first mod Evilmen mod.

 

I'll be reusing a lot of the art from the old LW build and LWR when building this mod but the code will largely be fresh.

This version will also support LWR maps.

Age of the Rings news:
The Dol Guldur faction has been merged into the Deep faction creating another hybrid faction.
A new tech tree has been made for the Deep.
This change has been considered since the start of AotR and was decided to cover for the 2 faction's problems Deep lacked finished heroes and DG lacked finished units.
