I would like howitzer related units to be able to move the turret and the threads at the same time before attacking, just like in vanilla Generals.

Which howitzer units were able to move both threads and turret at the same time?

Tomahawk Missile Launcher and Inferno Cannon from Vanilla Zero Hour and Karkadann from Contra can move both.
When I play Vanilla Zero Hour, I can't hear the power down sound when Jarman Kell kills a drive in the vehicle.
General Fai (Infantry General) doesn't suit with large missiles and large artillery shells. Could he have all artillery replaced with Feng Yong Cannon like guns and Nuclear Missile with Huge Gatling Cannon. I don't mind if the sound of super weapons is different from what super weapon actually is. There are already have some weapons that has different names: Atmospheric Lens, Communications Center, Tomahawk Storm, Temple of Jihad, ICBM Missile, Blackout Missile.
If Tank bunker covers that tank inside and make them not visible and the bunker reveals the turret of corresponding tank, does it fixes the glitches? Not for Overlord based tanks of course.
Does missiles have health? Could you group the missiles how much health they have and how much fire power does the anti-missile laser have? If the missiles reach its target but damaged by laser, are they still deal full damage or deal less when the health drops?
I would like the Sparrowhawk Gunship to have human voice.

Okay, I remember now. Turrets require deployment before attacking. The artillery concept was changed on purpose.

This is a good idea, but it will take a lot of time to make for 008. Many people want unique weapons and super weapons. I would say yes, but in the future.

Visual things don't fix engine glitches.

 

 

Does missiles have health? Could you group the missiles how much health they have and how much fire power does the anti-missile laser have? If the missiles reach its target but damaged by laser, are they still deal full damage or deal less when the health drops?

Damage has nothing to do with their armor. So, even if a missile is low on health, it will still do the same damage.

The Sparrowhawk is not controllable. Do you want to hear voices when attack order is given from Colossus for example?

Yes please.

 

I saw a structure from a new map that was from Contra Remix 3 Renders. That was GLA Canister Cannon. Are you planning to use models from Remix 3?

 

I know that China propaganda and USA desginators increase fire power of friendly units. What about the units that doesn't deal damage, such as ECMs, Microwaves, Jammers, Hijackers, Troop Crawlers, Mine/Toxin/Radiation Clearers, etc?

This structure was made by Creator for Remix 3. It is his and he can use it.

They don't receive bonuses. Only health regeneration from propaganda.

I play Contra almost everyday with my friends over LAN, it is one of the best mods out there and we enjoy it very much. Here is some feedback we have accumulated:

 

- The Super Weapons General is waayyyyyy to overpowered. There seriously needs to be a limit on those ion cannons ( 3 perhaps ) 

 

-The shield unit for the super weapons general doesn't really work. Building or units inside the shield still get damaged when attacked from outside the bubble.

 

- The demolition general should get more units to work with, i feel like he doesn't have enough to use at the early stages of the game.

 

- Definitely some AI fixing is needed, some generals don't do anything on certain maps

 

- The Chinese bunker picture just shows up as a pink box

 

im sure theres more feedback im just not remembering it ATM :D 

will post more later.

Glad to see a new member. Hi, Nick! Thanks for the feedback. We know about them, I agree with everything. Just one thing, though - what was the thing that the shield could not protect the units inside it from?

Chinese artillery strikes..Tomahawk storms, if i can remember correctly most projectile weapons or super weapons 

 

 

Also I would like to add a suggestion to the doomsday device the nuclear general gets at the beginning of the game. I feel that the build time of this weapon should be increased, where then you can eliminate the countdown after its built and replace it with a detonate now (like a demo trap ability) So this allows the weapon to be used immediately after its built instead of the build time + the countdown time. what do you think?

The new Cyborg model is looks more like Missile Cyborg.

Hope to see new models for Scorpion Tanks and Cockroaches. I got an idea for a new unit: Stinger Scorpion. It launches a Scorpion Missile that targets only air units. For GLA Boss General only.

Nice Airfield for GLA demolition General. Is the wing part is for a big plane from Generals Power? Does it holds up to three planes?

If you change the engine, are we can still play Contra with vanilla Generals Zero-hour?

You confused nuclear shells with radiation shells. Nuclear shells are the explosive shells. Radiation shells are upgraded shells which leave radiation fields. They only shoot radiation shells.

Do you mean how it works with coding?

Yes, we are thinking about the differences between the anti-infantry and anti-tank Cyborgs. But the AT one will probably carry a missile launcher on his shoulder because of limitations as I heard.

Stinger Scorpion is not needed. GLA Boss has a lot of anti-air units.

The wing is from the GLA Cargo Plane. The airfield has three hangars, so three planes.

No. A game is based on an engine. You can't change the engine of an already existing game. So, you will be able to play the Generals version of Contra and for example - the Red Alert 3 version of Contra.

with saturn the oposite is the canse .. you cant select multiple ... pressing "e" means build SSM site ... its also not possible to select multiple by trying to catch them with the nouse

Already reported. Most probably, there is no way to fix the selection problem with Saturn because of coding limitations. Saturn is a moving building and buildings can't be selected like units. But if Saturn is limited to one per player - no worries.

In case you are having problems with a sucky AI and lot's of crashes, install the 007 AI fix. That did the trick for me!

Fix as a patch - no. Fix in the next version - yes. The next version will not be soon it seems. Our coder (his nickname is Creator) is very busy with real life right now.

When some units shoots enemies consecutively, the enemy catches fire and takes after burn damage. Which units can do that and are there any difference of catching fire if a unit attacks an enemy that is effective and least effective? (it means is there any difference of catching fire if tank attacks other vehicles or infantry; are they take same amount of after burn damage of different. and vice versa for anti-infantry tanks, tank hunters and flame throwers.)

 

The nuclear battle master still shoots nuclear shells that explodes like a nuke cannon shells or nuclear tank hunters.

 

Demo General dolphins are difficult to dodge while they can chase enemies until it dives. Could you make it more delay of diving? I have four cyber avengers and they can't shoot down before they dive.

 

Maybe Tank General need a separate factory for heavy vehicles. I don't like to see the heavy vehicles to emerge out of vanilla factories because of their turrets slip through the walls and roofs. In reality, there will be no roofs. I could think of open air factory like Total Annihilation or Supreme Commander. The under constructed tanks are exposed and could be destroyed.

 

Could Sparrow Gunship have an orange cursor like A-10 strike before attacking?

 

Is all flame thrower units can damage multiple enemies in a line or in cone shaped?

 

Could you make all long range bombers can detect enemies in a long range while attack moving so they won't go into their range? Requires scouting or scanning of course.

 

Vanilla avengers increases weapon accuracy of friendly units when designating an enemy. Is Contra designators have that ability too?

 

Could you make the Apocalypse device gets red hot as the time counts down, like a boiling kettle?

 

Could Colossus have launch pad closed with dome while rebuilding the Sparrowhawk gunship?
