Well this one does look like the original reference, just like you said... Wider.

I suppose its similar, but I still think theres enough things wrong with it to justify a new model. Id actually prefer a screen accurate version over the wide one. the wide one is not necessary for the map to work, since the bridge spans a small section of the pond, and not an actual river. So troops could just go around the pond.

The cliff piece above was just a proof of concept. Here is what I am aiming for.

Completed two cliff pieces - although I still need to make a rock pillar for them (used to hide edges) and a cliff texture that matches.

I have also completed the models for the tall cliffs and the "Prison of the Dead".

Nice work! I have some more requests.

Ships - Specifically Dol Amroth and Gondor ships that can be placed in harbours as set pieces

I haven't even thought about ships yet. But here is this. Texture is a placeholder, I will modify the colours, fix some parts and add more detail (like moss).

And this is how far I have come in twelve hours. =D Bridge is complete, but I still have to figure out all the code and ini stuff, currently it is a rock. ;p

I'm going to go play Lord of the Rings Conquest and probably find some ridiculous thing I have missed on the bridge. =D

I'd say the Witch King since you are making a High Fells map I believe and basing it off of art from the AUJ book.

I might have a request for you, Fredius' Glanduin rocks since I'll probably take ages to get around to it do you want to have a crack at it?

It's just that I am soooo stuck with getting the right texture and normal map and UV map. It has taken me months just to get as far as I have with the shape of the rock. ;(

EDIT: Can Fredius sketch or send pictures of what he wants.

Also, yes it is for the High Fells, the prison of the dead, which contained the crypts nine kings. We will see it in The Desolation of Smaug. ;D

Here is the texture and normal I have made for it.

And here it is along with some new basic cliffs. High Fells is almost complete.

It looks good, except for that stair texture. What happened? If you need some pointers for UV mapping/texturing, let me know.

The UV mapping on the stair-case is fine (it was the easiest part to map). The texture is still a placeholder, I tried making rough wooden stairs.
