​Hello, i recently bought Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge on Origin. After completing both campaigns i  decided to install Mental Omega, however i am experiencing problems. When installing NPSE#0020 it says my game is modified and to re-install it, so i did many times over. On a fresh game (No saves or mods) it still says it is modified. Anyone have any solutions? Thank you in advance.

Is there a way i could mount a ISO and run it?

The gamemd.exe of ultimate / origin / download versions are edited thus the installer does not recognize them as authentic which results in no NPSE.

Mounting an ISO does not fix the problem as it doesn't change the gamemd.exe.

The only versions which work would be the original game CDs (ISO is fine in this case) and I believe The First Decade

However, using an ISO for the already installed Origin version is not going to help at all. You'd have to install the ISO version thus removing the Origin one (if it cannot be installed together).

 

Mounting the ISO then trying to install NPatch on the (still) Origin version doesn't solve anything, because the gamemd.exe is not altered by the ISO. Install Yuri's Revenge from the ISO.
