Sorry for the double post, but, on second thoughts, how could we not host this toast? The maker seems very good at controlling the burning, though I don't think dodging comes into it. He has shown commitment to wait while the bread was toasted, and that is one super shiny, polished piece of bread. Just look at the perfect crust. But I think more work is needed. After you've done at least half the loaf, you're hosted.
