Hey everyone..

I am looking for a modeller that is experienced with modeling and isn't lazy.. :p

What my goal is in creating this mod : Making the final release of Middle-earth (BFME), look like the prerelease of the game (DEMO/BETA).

What there has been done so far:

Mordor:

*New Mordor Archer and Mordor Fighter(DEMO LookALikes)(Animations)

*New Hordes

*More realism to the catapults, and arrows(Same goes for Gondor).

*More emotion added to the units

*Better textures has been added to some of the units

Gondor:

*Gondor soldiers anims looks like the demo ones now.

*Trebuchet rocks can bounce a bit, and ofc got the same realism as the Mordor Catapult

*Arrows more realistic(Basic miss chance)

*Gondor Archers Animations(Demo LookALikes)

*A new hero has been added to the faction, Aragorn Start LvL 10, new animations(TT Game LookALikes)

*Better textures has been added to some of the units and heroes.

*New Battalions

Isengard:

Let's just finish Mordor first shall we?

Rohan:

Let's just finish Gondor first shall we?

A bit of preview on what there has been done:

Newest:

Last One (2 - 3 week old animations):

What needs to be done (modeling part):

Mordor:

*New Mordor Fighters, if you look intensely on the demo clips, these units were a lot different compared to the final release ones.(Models)

Gondor:

*Prob, New Gondor Soldiers and Archers(Models)

Rohan:

*Let's finish Gondor First..

*New Aragorn lvl 5 - 10 Without Cloak or Hoodie

*New Aragorn Sword (If you don't know which sword I'm talking about Click Here! ) (Same goes for without cloak and hoodie)

Isengard:

*Maybe new uruks and archers ( TT Game units).(Obv Models).

Let's not forget Credits:

Texture Architect: Rider Of Rohan

Animations: Me

Coding: Me

If you're interested in helping, please don't hesitate to PM me or drop a comment below :p.

Just so you know, there aren't many modellers these days who aren't working on a project, so it may be difficult to find one.

But the animations do look amazing!

Just saying, there's plenty of free models floating around on T3A you could use if you wanted. Also, yeah, you don't want me, aside from the fact I'm tied up at the moment, I'm relatively experienced but too damn lazy.

Well, these models aren't really what I need and want (The "models floating around on T3A")

Just saying, if you're not prepared to learn or stick with what you can get and what they've provided, you're going to have to search a long time for a volunteer modeller.

Hopefully the searching will be worth the time then.

Oooohhh!!! Is the "ART MACHINE" anything like the mystical "Armour Brush" in Photoshop?? Is it a plugin I can use to turn concept drawings into perfect models/skins?

/sarcasm

On a side note, you are clearly talented as an animator, which is a very rare trait in the BFME modding community, I think it would be well worth it to get your fingers and mind wrapped around the modelling world too. Skinning can be faked easily by using existing skins and just recolouring/rearranging them, but being able to Model even basic edits can make a huge difference. And one of the things we (as in, "veteran" modders) try to promote is individuality. It is almost always a better mod if it's made personally (a little help here and there is fine), just don't try and rely on free assets/donations.

A BFME Beta/demo mod would be an amazing addition to our lineup, I for one really love vanilla "enhancement" mods. Deezire's Extended Edition mod for example is one of my long standing favorites. Yours would be a fresh spin on the same game we all know and love, without it being plastered with new units/heroes/spells/factions... Which we see in every other mod.
