I just wanna say something to the mission-makers of Mentalmeisters:
When people complete your missions on the highest difficulty (without exploiting bugs or cheating), it does not mean that your missions are too easy or that you have failed to make challenging missions, it simply means that they spent hours and hours and OOOOUUUUWWWARRRRRSSSS of their precious time trying to solve them. So in other words...
STOP MAKING YOUR MISSIONS TOO GOD DAMN FRIKN HAAAARRRD! (please) Oh wait, that needs more exclamation marks... FRIKN HAAAARRRD!!!!!!!!
PS. My wife will hate you guys for keeping me real busy during xmas, but I don't care.

Well, there is always Easy difficulty for the more casual players. It's your fault for wanting to complete Hard (now Mental) mode so badly (but we don't blame you ). Besides, we do want to give some kind of a challenge. A pushover mission just isn't as interesting.
Also, missions tend to be much harder when they are first made before adjustments to make them more suitable for their difficulty level.
We do appreciate the efforts made by our testers (and future players) for going through the gruesome gauntlet that is the campaign. In fact, some of their comments (besides bug-finding) has helped the staff in adjusting their missions to be more manageable.

Use your gaming fingers to give her some hot massage, maybe (just a random thought, really). You might just convince her on the usefulness of gaming. Who knows?

I always try to finish my games on the most difficult settings because I know that I'm not missing out on anything and that I'm experiencing everything that the creators had to offer. If I complete a game on a lower level, I'll be thinking; "I wonder what the harder difficulty is like? Maybe the enemies use different tactics or there are more bosses or an extra level that unlocks or a special ending or..."
Besides, we do want to give some kind of a challenge. A pushover mission just isn't as interesting.
Oh so if I complete it, that means it's a "pushover" ??? Thanx!

If you finish it on hard and with lots of extra time and not over the par time you have alot of micro managing skills. :V

Missions aren't that nightmarishly hard than they were in v2.0. Also the lack of save feature makes them really hard now, but saving will be available in the future (not in the public beta though). And that will make lots of missions a piece of cake.

Actually, some missions are really on par with 2.0´s difficulty level...

Perhaps. Some of the missions are very hard until you know what you should do. I never could complete Think Different until I got what I must do. After that, the mission wasn't hard. However imo difficult missions are better, because daydream difficulty would be boring. Anyway it feels very good when you beat a hard mission
