Um what? As far as I know, in the Red Alert universe, WW1 is called Great World War 1 and then the war with the Soviets is called Great World War 2. RA2 being GWW3. (Sometimes they are also called as Great War 1/2/3.) It's on the the C&C wiki too.

  • Weapon: Neutralizer (Range: 9; firing rate comparable to Virus, if not slower)
  • This infantry is unique to Scorpion Cell. 

There are always factions within factions. While majority of the Scorpion Cell units prefer direct combat by overwhelming enemies with sheer number of units, there are several splinter groups within the faction which disagrees with its doctrine. These splinter groups believe that sheer numbers and brute force should be accompanied with intelligence harvesting and field analysis. Hence, the splinter cell leaders have called for the most eager cadets to be trained up into lone wolves that mines valuable information from the battlefield. These cadets received harsh but useful training, such as surviving on the wild alone without food for days and fighting against the brutal environment and adapting the environment to their advantage.

 

"And that was a terrible rumor," said Epsilon Initiates, who believed that their faction have no need for such secretive tactics. The next thing they knew, they were gunned down by unknown operatives. Revealing themselves, they whispered to the Initiates ears: "Phantoms. Remember us." The next thing Scorpion Cell knew in battlefields, there are always shadows lurking right above the mountain, observing their every moves, which instills fear towards most of Scorpion Cell alike. They fear, because the Phantoms may double-cross them anytime and use their Neutralizer to cause infantries to suffer from cardiac arrest and foamed themselves to death or cause vehicles to emit poisonous smokes as the lethal dose of the Neutralizer interacts and reacts with the vehicle's patrol.

 

 

Additional Information:

o Cloaks beside any objects (trees, buildings).

o Cloaking beside any communications structure will render enemy's radar to be inactive.

o Attacking will reveal its cloak. Fade time = 15 seconds

o Neutralizer (Infantry) - Infects them with lethal poisoning, reducing the infantry's health by 20 points every 4 seconds until they die.

o Neutralizer (Units) - Infects tank through poisoning debuff, which slows tank by 15% and forces tank to receive small doses of damage due to fuel combustion into poisonous clouds. Last for 8 seconds.

o Cannot attack buildings

M.A.D. Tank

 

Cost: $2000

Purpose: Anti-Structure, Anti-Armor

Range: Area-of-Effect

 

The Mutually Assured Destruction Tank, or M.A.D. Tank, as more commonly known, was originally a Soviet last resort weapon developed during the closing days of WWII, meant to reduce all armor and structures (regardless of affiliation) to mere scrap metal and rubble, forcing an infantry-vs-infantry engagement that would be more in the Soviets' favor. With the end of the war, however, these tanks were scrapped and their blueprints left to gather dust in Soviet Archives.

 

Years later, a new Soviet project was set up to resurrect the old M.A.D. Tank concept and bring new life to it: using modern Siesmic technology and MAD explosive warheads and combining the two, the project was able to recreate the same effect as the previous M.A.D. Tank but on a greater scale and with more efficient design.

 

Utilizing a larger-scale version of Chinese scientist Yunru's "Earth Breaker" drill, and a smaller-scale version of the Hammer Defense chassis, both systems are combined to deliver a larger MAD-type warhead than commonly used in Demo Trucks to deliver a devastating combined Siesmic/subterranean-groundburst explosion that destroys vehicles and structures alike, with no regard to faction.

 

To prevent the weapon from being tampered with by Epsilon, Allied, or rogue Soviet agents, the modernized M.A.D. Tank is fully automated with Soviet drone technology, leaving it invulnerable to snipers, mind-control, or radiation.

Hello! I have some suggestions for each faction. These suggestions are just the T3 ships for each Sub-Faction to make each Navy more unique.

 

Allied:

 

U.S.A - Aircraft Carrier (done)

 

European Alliance - Battleship (almost done)

 

Pacific Front - Ikuchi Submarine (New. A submarine which is very fast even with its bulkiness and weapon of choice is "Serpent" Torpedoes (for Naval Wars) and has a long - range Artillery Cannon with ammunition is very big cannon balls filled with liquid nitrogen to freeze-and-shatter enemies with a single shot. But because of the hugeness of the ammo, it can still be destroyed and very vulnerable to AA attacks.)

 

Soviets:

 

Russia - Akula Sub (done)

 

Confederation - Dreadnought (done)

 

China - Shen Cruiser (New. A Cruiser which is capable of copying any form of other enemy ship to disguise themselves but is extremely slow. Easily detected by some ships but it carries a Nuclear Cannon [similar with Nuwa, but more destructive] which can easily destroy on and offshore targets. The nuclear ammunition although can be destroyed.)

 

Epsilon:

 

Psicorps - Resheph (done)

 

Scorpion Cell - Scorpius Submarine (New. A submarine which Rashidi developed to roam the Amazon River to secretly attack enemies. It has a big, scorpion-tail shaped cannon which shoots barrels of corrosive toxic which eats away armor easily and the toxic also corrodes the ground, making [almost] no survivors. These barrels although have very thin armor so it's a very vulnerable to AA  .)

 

Headquarters - Charybdis Frigate - (New. A frigate which uses an insidious way of tipping the battle. These frigates uses the extra energy left from Psychic Dominators and use it to conjure big maelstroms which suck anything. It can also conjure tornadoes to attack onshore targets. Although they have super powerful weapons, HQ sacrificed the Speed and Armor to give place to the weapon. The maelstrom and tornadoes, however are made by an energy orb which conjures the tornadoes and maelstroms can still get destroyed but with experimental weapons only (like prism, tesla,etc)

Purpose: Anti-Infantry, Anti-Structure, Anti-Naval, Anti-Armor

Weapon: M16A4 w/ M203 Grenade Launcher, C4 Charges

Range: 7 / 7.5 (Grenade Launcher) / Close (C4)

Is amphibious

 

                                                             This unit replaces the Navy Seal for Pacific Front

 

When China invaded Japan, they also invaded the Philippines to secure the US naval bases to make sure that no Allied naval support interfered with the invasion of Japan. Afterwards the Chinese set up prefects across the the Philippines to control the masses. Many pinoy citizens were angry of the cruel treatment and had many peaceful protests about it, all of them were either suppressed or disbanded out of fear. What got the most attention was the Quiapo Black Nazarene Massacre. The massacre was the result of a large mass of citizens attending the Black Nazarene Mass. The Chinese thought that the Mass was a protest being covered up by a peaceful gathering. The Chinese warned the citizens to disband immediately, only to have them stand there disobediently. That was when excessive brute force came in. Many of the citizens threw rocks at the conscripts telling them to leave them alone, only to be gunned down in return. The local prefect gave orders to gun down every participant there, to show the rest of the Philippines that they will not tolerate disobedience. Hundreds of men, women, elderly, and even children, were shot. This was the straw that broke the camel's back. Afterwards, multiple riots spread around like wild fire, with rumors of a large group of armed freedom fighters are aiding anyone who is willing to fight back. The freedom fighters will eventually become known as the Kalayaan.

 

The Kayalaan was at first a small group of fighters, but then gained a large amount of members soon after the massacre. Their largest scene was when they raided a large Chinese occupied US arms cache, allowing them to wield M16A4 rifles that are highly effective against infantry, under slung grenade launchers to deal with light vehicles, and best of all, C4 charges that can demolish any building or bridge with one charge. During this time, the surviving US forces that were trapped in the Philippines during the invasion decided to fight back. A midst the chaos and riots, the remaining Americans fought back along side the Kalayaan at the confounded Chinese forces and won. With the Philippines secured, many of the Kalayaan decided to leave home and fight alongside the Allies against China and their allies to ensure that no one will invade the Philippines ever again, with many more Kalayaan being trained for the sake of freedom.

In a short summary:

 

The Kalayaan is just a name and visual replacement for the Navy Seal, but comes in with a deploying grenade launcher that can deal good damage against light vehicles, but bad against tanks. The word Kalayaan means "freedom" in Filipino.

The Jeepney is a replacement of the Robot Tank for the Pacific Front. Armed with the same Light Machine Gun as the Humvee the Jeepney also doubles as a Light Armored Transport. Jeepney Drivers are totally loyal and gnarly bro's rendering them immune to mind control. The Jeepney can hold up to 12 Passengers due to the ingenuity and gun-ho attitude of drivers though this does cause the transport to be considerably cramped lessening the chances of survival. Passengers can fire out of the sides of the Vehicle and do awesome opentopped action woop woop. Each Jeepney is always stationed with Snack Vendors. A Local Food Vendor. Employed by the Allied Forces to provide rations to nearby infantry. Favorites of the Infantry include Pork Rind Crackers, Deep Fried Quail Eggs in flour, Fishballs or the occasional Local Delicary Balut.

The suggestion was subtle joke at the recent suggestions for a Filipino-based Unit for the PF to be honest and a subtle reference for my own WIP Unit in my own Mod. Its hard to find a suitable niche replacement unit for the PF atm actually from what I can tell. Each Faction has plenty units unique to their own already. The one I could really imagine getting in is probably a Jumpjet Infantry (One that can land like in TS) and is armed with a Cryo Rifle and C4 Charges. And then the PF would have it combining the roles of the SEAL (Flight instead of Swimming and Anti-Bridge/Buildings) & Rocketeers (Anti-Air & Anti-Infantry Capability)

Weapon: "Picollo" Fireworks

Range:7 (mobile and garrison)

 

With the firework "Picollo" one of the most leading cause of children getting their fingers amputated, the Allies did laugh with this idea to use fireworks as a weapon. But because the Pacific Front lacked of something "Booming", they tried these fireworks to some flesh of animals and the results of their tests were even more successful than they thought. Because of this, these fireworks were mass-produced. An upgrade of this firework has been made, making it able to blast armor open. The Allies were astounded about the PF's discovery and because of that, these were officially added to the Alliance's arsenal. Now, even it is not New Year, expect to see fireworks in the battlefield!

The best of the best. The men hand-picked and chosen by the Premier itself. The last line of defense that Mother Russia possesses. There are many official descriptions of the elite special purpose forces that is only deployed for ambush missions.

The Spetsnaz is what can be considered to be Russia's answer to the Allied Navy SEALS. They can wield bullpup rifles with bullets that shock the insides of enemy infantry, tesla-enhanced grenades that can make quick work of hostile vehicles, and a grenade launcher which is effective against aircraft. They have also received an arsenal upgrade by adding building-destroying detpacks.

However, this whole special force unit was, is and will always use flanking and ambushing tactics against enemy forces. They must NEVER be sent to the front lines, even if they seem to be purposed for assault missions.
EDIT:Jetpacks removed. :p BTW, I think jetpacks suit the Pacific Front better.

As far as I know, the first model of the Bazooka, the US anti-tank rocket used in WW2, was actualy a modified firework rocket.

Random thoughts that came to my mind.  Here's only 1 of em, and pending name, etc.  This is my first try doing this and the format of it, so go easy on me.

 

 

Voltgaze Tower

 

This structure replaces the Flak Cannon for Russia.

 

Cost:  $750

Power:  -60

Hitpoints:  800

Prerequisite:  Barracks

Purpose:  Anti-Air Defense

Armor Class:  Defensive Structure

 

 

While the Soviets have always used Tesla technology as weapons in war, the Russians wanted to expand the use of said technology.  Knowing how greatly effective Tesla weapons are against enemy infantry and tanks alike, some Russian scientists were struck with curiosity, wondering if they could create a device that can use Tesla energy to target the increasing threats of Allied aircraft.  The result was the creation of the Voltgaze Tower.  Its design helps the weapon by making it release some of its stored energy all at once, allowing it to strike aircraft instantly with pinpoint accuracy.  The powerful force of the electricity it launches spreads its excess energy after hitting aircraft, adding a bit of shocking damage to other nearby aircraft.  Despite the Voltgaze Tower being a more threatening force than Flak Cannons, it does not shoot as fast, is more expensive, and costs more power to operate, making it crucial for Soviet commanders to keep base power up at all times.  Like the regular Tesla Coil, the Voltgaze Tower can be charged by Tesla Troopers to increase its firepower, and even function without base power.

-2 Tesla Trooper can increase the area-of-effect after impact.

 

 

Note:  A different way to take this is replace +AoE with +1 range, not certain.  Not certain about power being -55 or -60.

Side 4 stolen tech, because why not? I'm going with the idea that they're futuristic and animal-focused.
 
Sky Dolphin
Purpose: Area Damage, Anti-Air
Weapon: Supersonic Resonator
This unit becomes available for the Allies after infiltration of Side 4's tech building
Is it advanced futuristic technology or newfound cooperation with the dolphin species? Either way, the dolphins have returned to active duty! Did I mention that they have advanced custom-built dolphin jet suits?!
Also included with them is an advanced version of the classic sonic resonator, giving it extended range and effectiveness against almost all foes that may be encountered. Just don't expect them to be that much more durable than your average rocketeer plus some.
(Good against infantry and aircraft, as well as okay against armor and submarines. Sonic attacks would probably end up being good against buildings, too. It'll probably be balanced because they still have to get somewhat close to deal damage to their targets, meaning vulnerability to AA attacks.)

War Bear
Purpose: Assault
Weapon: Nuclear-Powered Tesla-Enhanced Pyrokinetic Cannon
This unit becomes available for the Soviets after infiltration of Side 4's tech building
Da, side 4's technology has allowed for the Soviets to equip their awesome bears with excessive amounts of firepower mounted on a heavily armored chassis. While the armor weighs the bear down, restricting movement, it provides excellent protection against enemy fire as well as allowing mounting of the NPTEPC weapon. Unfortunately, the chassis completely locks up in response to EMP, preventing the War Bear from doing anything.
The NPTEPC weapon fires a shell which explodes with tesla-infused goodness, as well as leaving residual flames and radiation. However, it sucks up most of the power provided by the armor's reactor, leaving no room for any anti-aircraft capability.
(Not to mention, bears can't be mind controlled.)

Werewolf
Purpose: Anti-Infantry, Enemy Disruption
Weapon: Sharp Teeth & Claws, Terminus Grenades
This unit becomes available for the Epsilon after infiltration of Side 4's tech building
Human experimentation combined with side 4's technology leads to something far worse than even the Reaper: Furries... Make no mistake, though, the Werewolf is not affected by the lunar phase and instead permanently resembles the attack dogs who kindly donated their genes.
The Werewolf's supernatural strength allows for closing the distance while withstanding incoming fire, using deadly teeth and claws to brutally maul enemy infantry, even wounding those who would be otherwise protected by heavy armor. For everything else, there's Terminus Grenades, which both have the intended effect on enemy vehicles as well as dealing moderate damage to structures.
(They're dog-like enough to be immune to mind control and chaos.)

Well, I suppose I'm done with my "own faction" Time to get back to the real deal.  I was thinking perhaps we should have some artillery that is a SPG or a turret.
