 "From the depths we come" - is from the Naga guard who was a night Elf .He was transformed into a reptile creatuer who live in the seas

Regarding MORTAR COMBAT, I even intended to record it sounding the same (because I did remember that line from War3) but sounded too different compared to the rest, that I didn't felt it fitting afterall. Gotta go over the Naga voices then, totally can't remember said one.

Well, if you go to for example, 9gag.com, sometimes you can find rage comics or stuff like that about GF/wife saying "Fine." in an arguement and what happens after that. So it's a quasi-meme IMO.
