Are you using forshire's Online Edition?

hey,

lets see what we can do ;)

1. Operating system, firewall off? System updates sometimes reactivate the firewall.

2. Additional antivirus software etc. blocking the connection?

3. Port forwarding works? Port is definetely open?

Try:

http://forums.revora...ction-problems/

http://forums.revora...e-earth-online/

And

Please describe as accurately as possible what happened and how it was different from what should have happened. Be sure to include the exact date and time (with time zone) when you encountered the error and the username you used so I can find the relevant section of the log.

Are you able to connect to at least one other player?

I'm having the same problem. I'm tying to play with 4 friends. myself, another friend, and two brothers playing in the same house. the proble is that i cant connect to one of the brothers, but i can connect to the other. they are both in the same house and on the same connection.

Which version of the game are you guys using ? And, does everyone use the same version ?

Are all of you connected to the internet via the same device like a router / modem ? If you're using a router, check if you port forwarded UDP port 16000 for all the LAN IPs of everyone on the network via the router. The game is very picky about NAT issues so if you don't have the proper port(s) forwarded then it will give you connection errors, as you've already seen.

If both use the Online Edition then the problem might be that both computers try to forward port 16000, which does not work. I'm not sure how exactly forshire did UPnP with his Online Edition, but one of them would need to change the port he forwards.

Does this guide help you? --> http://www.gamerepla...5

Every router has different configuration interface, but the terminology should be the same.

Do you connect to the internet via router ? If you do, then you need to port forward UDP port 16000. If you don't know how, then I'll help you via Teamviewer :)
