You honesty believe Kivz would have enough mental capacity and common sense to make a suggestion that is well analyzed and well articulated as this :

 

Balance thoughts on EMP:

Create a new T3 support structure required to use the EMP support power.
Reduce duration to 300 like was planned.
Don't increase the cost per use because now you have to build a structure first to even use it.
Make EMP delivered by a really fast warhead that comes from above so you can't hit enemies spot-on with it. Plus, it makes more sense than *magic EMP out of nowhere*

(New support power for science lab could be something like giving reactor speedboost to units at cost of damaging them. Tesla overcharge, but for engines.)

I(and everyone who watched the streams) know why Doomy has his blame ImP_RuLz for everything going bad in his twitch rules, usually because they both annoyed each other during the pre-release streams in the Mentalmiesters twitch channel. *reminiscing* Those were the days.   It seems in Doomhammer's last stream with ImP_RuLz, it looks like they somewhat settled their beef. 

 

 

It seems now that Haxxan is Doomy's new "ImP_RuLz ". Since I missed a few streams on Doomy's twitch, how did the whole Haxxan vs Doomhammer grudge start?

TBH, I dunno, but I was more grudgy to Haxxan earlier than Doomy's streaming plans even started - and nowadays there are times when Hax simply call those times good memories when I kicked him out three times a day from IRC because of his immaturity.
