Randomly when I spawn Luke and R2D2 in space, R2 will function as an unupgraded repair tug, but other times he will be linked to Luke (IE: not be a seperate vessel).
Which is it supposed to be, and is it fixable ?

It's a technical glitch with the engine. The only way to put two heroes in one ship is with a company transport, but squadron heroes need to use Unique_Space_Unit with REPLENISH_WINGMEN. That leaves the second hero still in the transport if there's no starship to attach him to. As an alternative, I put R2 in a tug marked with NotOpportunityTarget. It's only on the Wing Commander upgrade.
