The Cyborg Commando is in 3.0. He's just very well hidden.

(We should start developing alternate ways to hide super hidden tech. 3x Battle Labs be so old-school. Behold the Super Reactor, buildable by infiltrating all three sides' power plants (include the Nuclear Reactor if you will)! )

Sometimes I would recommend capturing the enemy base after you are done infiltrating it. You'll never know if something built from their base is required.

Let me guess i need to inflitrate all three tech centres and then build a chronosphere and it becomes available.

Simple capture everything of all three factions including the faction you start out as , also infiltrate everything : power plants , radar , war factory , barracks , con yard , tech center , superweapons and refineries , so you can get all the stolen tech and build the ultimate base .

 

Chron tanks in bunkers , drillers and crazy ivans , cloning cyborgs , so much awesome

Awesome IFV combo's and you can get the CC , I've only ever gotten him once .

To interpret this answer (and so the question can be finally answered), the requirements for the Cyborg Commando are:

- The player must own an Allied Barracks, a Soviet Barracks, an Epsilon Barracks, and any faction's T3 tech structure. One of each will do. This is why I mentioned to capture the enemy's base after you are done infiltrating them.

- Infiltrate an Allied Barracks, a Soviet Barracks, an Epsilon Barracks, an Allied Battle Lab, a Soviet Palace/Science Lab/Tech Center, and an Epsilon Pandora Hub. Doesn't matter if it is a Epsilon enemy holding a Soviet Barracks. Infiltrating one of each will do.


If we ever implement FactoryOwners to the stolen tech tree, things will get more complicated. Heheheheh.
