That particular Tech Refinery has been replaced with an Allied Ore Refinery. I made sure there's enough place for a Ore Refinery to be build near newly placed Tech Base Expansion Posts but if there are any issues, please report them.

Did you mean, that Malver cannot attack from transport? That is how I get it. Not sure, whether he can, or not, but couldn't try it out, as SC has no transport that has fireport for infanry.

He can actualy,i tested it both from a battle fortress and from an ifv which still has tanya's mercury cannon.

Since the soviets gets the sensor tower to detect cloaked units, can the allied spy satellite be able to detect cloaked units in a small circle where ur cursor is? sure the allied have units and infantry which detect stuff (Heroes, navy seal, robot tanks etc) but it still feels kinda unfair when the soviet also have units and infantry which detects stuff... about epsilon aswell, perhaps make scout raven have detection capabilities? This way spy satelitte and scout raven will still be used late game, not only in the beginning...thoughts?

Kivz, I've got good news. The changes you've requested have largely been implemented in a special version of MO.

It's a bit toned down from 3.0 though, so we've decided to shorten the title as well. Instead of calling it Almost Perfect Yuri's Revenge..

 

..we're just calling it Yuri's Revenge. 

 

Seriously though, most of the changes you're suggesting are just reverting things back to the original game. That kinda defeats the purpose of the mod in the first place ya'know?

Rhino should have a special trait like the other MBTs. Bulldog has flashbang shells, jaguar has pilot survival, Cavalier warmup firing, qilin has emp resistance and nuclear speed boost, etc.

I guess you can think of the Rhino's special trait being that it is the strongest of all the MBTs. (According the unit profile anyhow, I haven't actually tested that theory.)

Malver should have cannot attack from the transport, such as entering the battle fortress...

The gimmick of the Rhino Tank is that you can paradrop it. The Tank is the middle-man for the Soviet MBTs when it comes to having HP though.
